and when the shoot isn't perfect

The image is fixed in post.

Light that shifts mid-recording, an approximate white balance, a frame that is too wide or off-center. None of this ruins an episode.

Exposure, color temperature, reframing, switching between camera angles: the image is brought back up without the work showing. Drag the vertical handle to compare.

before the episode even starts

The topics, the punchlines, the promise.

A good teaser doesn't summarize, it selects. The strongest moments, the subjects actually covered, and two or three lines that unsettle what the viewer thought they knew about the topic.

In forty-five seconds they decide whether to give you the hour that follows. Placed at the top of the episode, it holds them. Published on its own a few days earlier, it builds anticipation and announces the guest.

Format: 16:9 Length: 30 to 45 s

and it travels

One episode, many short-form pieces

You spend hours recording a good episode, and it pulls a few hundred views. The problem isn't your content. It's that one format alone won't reach everyone.

Your existing audience already watches the full hour. But someone who doesn't know you yet rarely starts there. A short gives them a way in, and the full episode becomes the natural next step. You haven't shot anything extra. You've just stopped throwing away most of what you already made.

Keeping up the cadence is the most time-consuming part of running a podcast. That's exactly what I take off your plate.

Format: 9:16 Length: 30 to 60 s Subtitles included

The Kansei TV shorts are client work. The others are spec work,

what I do

The five pillars of my work on your podcast

01
Long-form editing

Your episode becomes watchable all the way through.

Multicam, dead air removed, color grading, narrative structure, and clean audio. Bad sound drives people away faster than bad picture.

02
Premium teasers

The trailer that makes people click the episode.

30 s to 1 min 30, a worked hook, dynamic pacing, built for LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.

03
Vertical shorts

Your best moments reach an audience you can't reach today.

3 to 5 vertical cuts per episode, tuned for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Subtitles included, because most people watch on mute and without them you lose reach.

04
Branding and motion design

Your podcast becomes recognizable in a second.

Animated intro, lower thirds, chapter markers, thumbnails that hold together from one episode to the next.

05
Podcast creation, A to Z

Want to launch a video podcast? We start from zero together.

Gear advice, filming, sound, training, first episode delivered.

Portrait of Romain, freelance video editor specializing in podcasts

Romain Henaut

Podcast video editor

who I am

A good podcast deserves to be watched, not just heard. My job is to make your episodes as strong visually as they already are in substance. Clean editing, teasers that earn the click, shorts that travel. On deadline.

What I do differently

Most video podcasts are audio podcasts on camera. One fixed shot, two people talking, and a hope that it's enough. My work starts where the recording stops.

I don't cut your shorts at random. I start from your acquisition channel. If you sell a course, we pull the moments that prove your expertise on exactly what it covers. If you're looking for coaching clients, we favor the moments where you solve a real problem on camera. The same episode doesn't yield the same clips depending on what it's meant to bring you.

What my clients are buying isn't technique. It's not having to think about it anymore. Deadlines are met, quality stays consistent, and you get your energy back for the one thing only you can do: record.

You record, I handle the rest.
