Privacy policy

In short

This is a portfolio website. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. You can browse it without leaving a trace.

Data controller

Romain, publisher of the site. Contact details are listed in the legal notice.

Data collected on this site

None. This site has no contact form, no sign-up and no member area. No data is recorded while you browse.

Cookies and trackers

No cookies are placed on your device. The site uses no advertising tools, no embedded social media buttons and no analytics service such as Google Analytics. No consent banner is therefore required, in accordance with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

Fonts are hosted directly on the site's own server. No request is made to any third-party service during your visit.

Hosting provider server logs

As with any web server, Hostinger's server automatically records technical logs containing your IP address, the date, the time and the page visited.

These logs are not used by the publisher for audience analysis or profiling.

If you get in touch

Via Calendly

The booking button redirects you to calendly.com, a third-party service. Any data you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. This redirection only occurs if you deliberately click the button.

Via email

If you write to the address shown, the information in your message is processed in order to respond to your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to the email address shown in the Contact section of the site. You will receive a response within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Strict security headers are configured at server level to limit the risk of content injection and interception.

Changes

This policy may be updated, in particular if an analytics tool is added in future. In that case a compliant consent banner would be implemented and this page amended accordingly.
